ACIC-SGTU CONDUCTED AN OUTREACH SESSION WITH Mr. SUNIL KHATRI

On 17th March 2023, Team Atal Community Innovation Center SGT University engaged with a community innovator and explore opportunities for further development. Mushroom farming is an interesting and potentially lucrative venture, given the increasing demand for healthy and organic food products. Mushroom farming has gained popularity as a sustainable business option due to the increasing demand for healthy and organic food products. Mushrooms are rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, and are also low in calories and fat, making them a popular choice among health-conscious consumers. Additionally, mushrooms are versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, making them a valuable ingredient in the food industry.

Mushroom farming is also relatively low cost and requires minimal space and resources compared to other forms of agriculture, making it a viable option for small-scale farmers and rural entrepreneurs. With the right skills, knowledge, and support, mushroom farming can be a profitable business that provides a sustainable source of income for rural communities. Given these factors, it's not surprising that mushroom farming has become an increasingly popular choice for rural entrepreneurs and innovators looking to develop sustainable and profitable ventures.

It's great to see that the outreach program session was successful and that the ACIC-SGTU team was able to guide Mr. Sunil and his team about the prospects of developing their venture into a startup. Starting a business can be challenging, especially for rural innovators who may not have access to the resources and knowledge necessary to succeed. Therefore, the support and guidance provided by ACIC-SGTU could prove invaluable to the success of Mr. Sunil's venture.

We hope that ACIC-SGTU and Mr. Sunil will work together to further develop his venture and create a sustainable and profitable business model. It's encouraging to see initiatives like this that aim to empower rural communities and promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
