ACIC-SGTU CONDUCTED AN OUTREACH SESSION AT BAHADURGARH

On the 11th of April 2023, Team ACIC-SGTU conducted an outreach session with Bondwal Handicraft, and it was successful. It's wonderful to hear about the traditional handicraft skill that has been passed down for three generations! Such skills are important cultural treasures that connect us to our heritage and remind us of the creativity and ingenuity of our ancestors. It's also great to hear that there is excitement and eagerness to learn this skill and be self-empowered. Team ACIC-SGTU encourages them to continue to pursue this skill and to pass it on to future generations so that it can continue to be a part of our cultural heritage. Learning and practicing traditional crafts can also be a great way to connect with others who share your interests and to build a sense of community around your shared passion.

The team ACIC-SGTU has guided Mr. Neeraj Bondwal and his team about the prospects of expanding their venture into a start-up. Starting a business can be challenging, but with the right guidance and support, it can be a rewarding experience. Entrepreneurship can bring many benefits to communities, such as job creation, economic growth, and the preservation of cultural heritage. It's encouraging to see organizations like ACIC-SGTU providing support and resources to help entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

Team ACIC met two young girls who are exploring the use of soil and natural colors for painting and artistry work. It's exciting to see young people exploring creative ways to use natural resources in their art, and hope that their work inspires others to consider sustainability in their artistic practices as well. This approach to art not only offers a unique aesthetic but also promotes sustainability by utilizing natural resources.

Overall, it's great to see the enthusiasm and eagerness to be self-empowered within the community, and it's important to continue to support and promote these efforts.
