Having graduated from the University of Exeter, he brings in international experience and thought processes and has since worked on various systems and software developments and their implementation. Always willing to learn and grow alongside those around him to achieve success, he is an integral member of the team.

Rishi Sharma

Incubation Manager

With the objective to nurture startups, Rishi Sharma is a prolific young enthusiast with over 8+ years of experience in innovation and startups. His creative intellect and deep understanding of the startup ecosystem make him one of his own kind. Being the first awardee of ‘The Smart India hackathon’ and the first receiver of a grant in aid of YUKTI 2.0, AICTE, Ministry of Education, he understands how to nurture innovators. He has previously headed the Institute Innovation Council as the president and was the assistant nodal officer at State-funded Pioneer Incubation Center. Having published several articles, patents, and research papers; he has the lens of an academician.

Bakul Dev Rai

A dynamic young graduate from Ambedkar University Delhi, Bakul always wanted to work in an environment where creativity and clarity thrives: his curious bent of mind and passion to solve problems have attracted him to the world of entrepreneurship and start-ups. He goes by the motto – ‘learn, unlearn and relearn’, and values humility, drive, and the ability to learn from one’s failure. He is inclined towards exploring the world of finance and aims to one day establish his own consulting firm.

Parveen Kumar

Parveen is an MBA graduate from Kurukshetra University and has a strong understanding of the local community of the Jhajjar district. He understands the custom and proficiently communicates the idea of the startup and innovation. His expertise in marketing can be invaluable in promoting the startup's products or services and gaining a competitive advantage in the market and his focus on teamwork suggests that he values collaboration and recognizes the importance of working together towards a common goal.
